Location:
Eccles Archery Club, Peel Green Road, Eccles, Manchester M30 7DR

Round:
WA18 – World Record Status
5 dozen arrows at 18m on a 40cm single face or 3 spot
WA Target Award eligible round.

Judges:
Chair of Judges: Juliet Spedding

Registration:
Registration will be open from 8.00am. AGB Membership cards or eCards will be required for booking in.
If you are not yet in possession of a valid card, please bring proof that you have paid your membership to Archery GB.

Event Timings:
Session 1 Assembly at 8.20 am Practice at 8.30 am
Session 2 Assembly at 11.20 am Practice at 11.30 pm
Session 3 Assembly at 3.20 pm Practice at 3.30 pm

Event Format:
Sessions will be 4 archers per boss, shooting in 2 details.
Shooting will be in timed 3 arrow ends of 2 minutes.

Compounds and Adult Recurves with shoot at 3 spot faces.
Barebow and Longbow will shoot at single faces.

Awards:
Awards will be presented per category, dependant on the number of entries.

Juniors:
Age brackets as per the Archery GB rules up to Under 21

Dress:
Please refer to the Archery GB Rules of Shooting for the dress regulations. Archers should comply with dress regulations until after the presentations.

Drug Testing:
Archers competing at record status tournaments may be liable to drug testing. Competitors who are approached to give samples must comply. Non-compliance will be treated as a positive result. By entering the tournament Parents / Guardians are giving consent for junior archers (under 18’s) to be drug tested if approached.

Refreshments:
Sausage / Bacon / Veggie Sausage sandwiches will be available from 7:30am
Hot and cold drinks, crisps and snacks will also be available

Burgers, Chips and sandwiches will be available during the lunch break

Photography:
People wishing to take photographs during the tournament must register their details with the Tournament Organiser.
If parents/carers have any particular concern about their child / young person being photographed or filmed they should notify the Tournament Organisers.

Notes:
Please ensure that the organiser is aware of any special requirements you may have – please don’t assume we already know.
Archers who are unable to get to the target should discuss their specific requirements with the Tournament Organiser. It would be appreciated if archers could provide their own agent where possible.

Music may be played during the event, music suggestions are welcome in advance.

Entry:
The Entry Fee is £11 per session

NO SPACES WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL.
All refunds will be at the discretion of the Tournament Organiser, but NONE will be made after the closing date.
